Introduction
On my way to Japan in a Piper Seneca in the Spring of 2008, I was delayed in Guam for three weeks, for maintenance—mostly waiting for parts. There are worse places to be stuck.
When I finally understood my departure wasn't imminent, I rented a car and drove around a bit.
